If there is a photo of you anywhere on this website, and you are genuinely unhappy about it being there, please email me and I will remove it as soon as I am able. This applies to all images although if you have had a number of images taken and they are at your request and you have posed for them deliberately any quantity of images above 5 will require time spent and a charge of £10 will be required for this. By having your image taken you are agreeing to have the images put on the website, exceptions to this are if the image is taken without your knowledge. i.e. candid and these will always be removed without cost if you are not happy with them. I denounce any liability and distress caused by acts of infidelity or work related absenteeism. Any such instances are 100% the responsibility of the persons involved and can under no instances hold me responsible for there actions.
If you wish to purchase a license to publish a photograph or use for other editorial purposes, please
email Shawn with details. Commercial publication and editorial usage of photographs are charged in line with NUJ recommended minimum rates. Any images found to be in use outside any such agreement will be liable to a minimum charge of £100 per instance and £1000 for batch printing.Image Quality

Amendment to copyright allowances:
Dated 22 February 2008, The usage of images on personal websites are restricted to pages belonging to the poster and must only include images directly associated with the person posting. Promoters of an event cannot use any images for there own promotions unless otherwise arranged, and unless previouse agreement has been made removal of any watermarking is stricktly forbidden A selection of images can only be arranged with agreement and contact with myself.
